[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Didn't get refund money of DDA housing scheme 2014 till date | |||
Dear Sir, My Application No: 6011952 during my application for DDA 2014 scheme. I haven't received my refund till date from ICICI Bank. I received sms that my cheque has sent to me by courier BSA, My courier tracking number is "BP3401340". When I tracked the package sent through courier BSA I am getting invalid pod no. always And also tried to call customer care no [protected] but always its too busy. Please let me know how will I get my cheque now and if you will send that again please send through some good courier company as BSA is very bad for not even pick their customer care phone. the same case with me like Pramod39. But when I tracked my docket no BP3407202. It Tells "Packet of Mr./Ms./M/S. MOHD ASAD SAIFI Has Been Returned To Originator Due To Reason - LOCKED ON TWO VISITS".
I was totally shocked. How its possible to visit my house two time within one day? Also My house was never locked, As per my knowledge since my childhood. Packet two times rejected and courier company didn't inform me by call or SMS. What a poor Service?
Another interesting story, when I Complained in the section below the tracking column Box. No acknowledgement I received, even no mail was there in sent Folder. Then I called the helpline No.[protected]. After many trials I got the success to speak to Customer care. The girl on the other side told me the status of packet that I already knew. And started explaining me "As if she is ordered to do like this" that the bank will give you the money in your account no, you have given.
How BSA customer care will know the matter between me and the second party(ICICI bank)? it is only responsible to the packet delivery status. What is this?
Plz take some strict action for such Shameless vendors, and do the needful for me also ASAP.
