[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Didn't processed PMAY Subsidy

Dear Sir / Madam,

I took Homeloan from ICICI Bank on May 20 2019 Hyderabad, provided all necessary documents for PMAY subsidy under MIG1 Category. After couple of months later, I took lot of follow ups with them to check everything is okay, so every time only one ans... All information looks good and We are processing to NHB... I heard the same till Nov 2021,

By that time most of my neighbours received subsidy amount from different banks.

Although it got delayed but still my hopes are alive, one fine day ICICI will do it for me.

Wrote mails to customer care and visited bank for the update, but no use.

All of sudden Dec 2021 I received letter stating that your name was mismatch with Aadhar card and you need to upload the documents, for such cause from day one I was asking them is everything is okay or pls let me know before itself. But why they took 2.5 years to identify name mismatch from PAN and Aadhar card.

Finally, Feb 2022 I received one more letter stating that your application got expired dated March 31 2021, since it is a govt policy all claims for this policy has stopped. Now I lost 2.3lakhs just because of their negligence.

I raised complaint in ICICI Portal, got reply like our customer executive will get in touch within 48 hrs, later one more mail pls wait for 8 working days.

Today 3rd March 2022, again visited ICICI Bank... Now they are trying to convince me this is a govt policy and it is stopped now for MIG1 & 2 policy holders we cannot do anything..

Big mistake I did in my life is choosing ICICI Bank, very disappointed with their service. Why I should loose 2.3lakh such a big amount because of their negligence.
