[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Didn't receive my iwish amount completely

Hi,
I opened an i wish account for 1500 per month.
Added amounts on particular dates.
1000 10/7
1500 2/8
1500 2/9
1500 2/10
1500 2/11
500 3/11
1500 2/12
2000 13/12/2015
1500 2/1
3000 2/1
300 2/1
According to terms and conditions if we withdraw after 6 months the interest will be 7% but i didn't even receive 2% also.
I added 15800 to the account.
But i got 241 rupees interest for that.
I need to get 1106 interest for the amount i have added.
Raised complaint n number of times, they will say get back to you.
Previously spoke with indraja employee of icici, no action on it.
Recently spoke with one of the employee from icici whose name is irfan, he said that they have cleared the issue and closed.How can they close the issue when they tell me that they will get back to me.
Not only with these two people, i spoke regarding this so many times nearly 5 times.
Need to take a severe action on these kind of issues.
My balance was finished like anything by keep calling these people but there is no action on it.
