[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — difficulty internet banking, not receiving otp

Address: Dehradun, Uttarakhand, 248001

Whenever try to some transaction thru internet banking the OTP is not received.
Though get email informing that “ OTP has been sent to your registered phone” Customer care just repeat that SMS has been sent. By the Way, sometime can login thru Phone. Lost some good opportunity to invest in MF.
This is happening for last many months. ICICI Bank has some problem in software, but not acting on it.,
