[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — discrepancy in atm withdrawal

I had withdrawn funds from atm in dubai using my icici bank debit card. First transaction fund did not come and later on I got the amount . But later I noticed that the amount which I didn't get was debited from my account . All this happened on July 11th. I returned from my trip and lodged a complaint at my parent bank in kannur on August 6th. Till date nothing was done and the amount has not been refunded yet.

Hello ICICI,
During my first time log in of account my user id has been disabled.
this is because i have entered wrong password thrice.
Please let me know how to solve this issue.
