[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Dispatched credit card not delivered

Dear sir, i had applied for icici bank credit card about a month ago. Firstly, i received a call for the confirmation of my address for my credit card to be dispatched. Then on 4th june'16, i got a message from icici bank saying that dear customer, your icici bank credit card has been sent through blue dart courier, awb [protected] on your registered mailing address. And i got pin number in connect india courier in house address. Then suddenly on 13th june'16 i received a message stating that dear customer, your icici bank credit card has been returned undelivered. Please call our 24-hour customer care for confirming your address. After receiving this message, i called to the customer care services so many times but till now i haven't got any proper response from them. Therefore, kindly take some serious action regarding this problem and try to solve this problem asap so that any kind of mishap happens with my credit card can be prevented.
