I have been using your services from last two years and very pleased with the instant mobile and internet banking but only one thing annoying me to write this review and that is from last five moths while trying to withdrawal money from icici atm with debit card my icici debit card is not working at your any of atm machines whereas it is accepted by other banks atmm machines. Why this happening? Please help me.

    On 02-june-2016, my brother transferred rs1000/- into my icici account from his hdfc bank account. The tracking number is: n[protected].

    The rs1000/- amount is debited from my brother account but the same is not credited into my icici bank account. Please take a look into it.

      Dated on 04jun 2016 during transaction on atm machine (pinjore haryana) power failure observed due to this i am not got the cash and money detected from my a/c. this transaction is done about 8:05 to 8:10 pm(5000 rs).
      i have already complaint the same on 05 jun 2016 but i didnt get any response regarding the complaint.
      please do the needfull on urgent basis.

        On 09-apr-2016, i have purchased an item of worth 2739/- through paytm in 3 emi's; and returned it immediately as i have received duplicate item.
        Seller has also responded and refunded an amount of 2739/- back to the bank.

        But still icici bank is charging emi every month in my cc bill.
        How can they charge interest and amount from me when there is no outstanding of that money?

        I made a conversation with icici bank customer care people regarding this, and they are completely telling that it was my fault. Please refer to conversation below.

        "we would inform you that emi cancellation/ foreclosure of emi is not dependent on the merchant order cancellation. Hence, for emi cancellation the card holder is supposed to call the bank call center.

        We wish to clarify that refund of rs. 2, 619 was updated in your april 2016 statement, after that we have not received any request for the emi cancellation/ foreclosure from your end hence emi was continued till may 2016 as per the tenure selected for 3 months.".

          I have booked an air ticket on yatra.com website on 1st february 2016, amount 5000 +. Which i have converted in to 6 emi. But i cancelled the ticket on 10/02/2016 and they refunded half of the amount back to the credit card. I called the customer care and intimated them that i have already paid 3 emis and stop the rest 3 emis and paid me the extra deducted emi of may - june back to my account. Again i can see an emi in my bill of june - july. I want my amount back with interest charged by icici. My phone number is [protected].

          ICICI Bank - Icici bank platinum credit card. Thanks to the ICICI Bank platinum credit card customer care team. They have credited all Interests and resolved the issue. Actually sorry to the bank there are some misunderstanding from my end as well regarding the EMIs. Today a customer care executive explained me clearly what exactly the procedure and the EMIs I have there on my statement. Thank you very much.

          Hello ICICI Credit Card Customer Care,

          Its very very bad that one of the reputed bank ICICI is showing this type of approach in handling such a straight forward issue. I did not hear from any of your customer care representative after a month they did not called me to solve the issue.

          I want to ask some thing when I have to pay some dues to your bank ICICI did you people/bank show the same patience. After the due date you quickly start adding the interest amount, give me calls, send guys to collect amount, court notice every thing and you want us to keep patience.

          I think the next step should be to take the issue to the social media and show you the power of social media.

            Dear team,

            My account number is[protected] from the hyderabad dlf branch. I'm writing you this as i have faced legal issues with a cheque bounce case.

            Every 2nd of month, i. Pay rs 8799/- towards bussan financ. I checked my account status on 1st june and there were 9300 in my account. Expecting that it is enough for the emi payment i did not add any more. Please explain me why is 1299 deducted on june 2nd? It was supposed to be deducted on may 5th.

            Due to this i have to face check bounce issues from bussan finance as there was insufficient amount for the emi. I was not even informed through an sms when the 1299 was deducted.
            Due to this negligence of yours, i had to face legal issues, need to pay d penalty.

            Could you please also explain me why is 412 ecs charge deducted? I never applied for ecs?L!!

            I need a proper explanation as this issue has effected my sibil as well.

            If possible please wave off my ecs charge. I don't want any ecs from your end as i am already in terrible situation!

                Amount deducted by icici bank with out my knowledge, on my statement i saw about 6000 nfs cash wd, i was shocked, so today i go to the Tezpur icici bank, but i found there is no any responsibility for customer, i told them about the transaction is not done by me, also i want to know the place of the atm where i withrowal the money, but they directly denied to take a complaint and also not agree to help me.                   I have entered a wrong code 3 times on my online transaction now my card is working through ATM but not on online transations. customer care are not helping they just cut the phone by saying your card is activated but i am not able to operate online transactions.i do visit icici branch also they said your card is activated you need to call customer care but i am unable to operate online.resolve my issue as early as possible .

                      The amount of ₹10, 590 (in total) in Dec, 2015 has been deducted from my current account without pre-information. We have no acknowledgement with us regarding the same. The manager of Kirti Nagar branch has denied to help and when we went there to talk to him, he ran away outside the bank saying its not my responsibility on around 25th Feb 2016. Please take our concern further and resolve the issue. Thanks.

                        I got a call from icici credit card person "amir". He briefed me about the offers which are provided by icici credit card. His mobile no is[protected]. I liked the offer provided by icici bank so i applied for the same on 25/04/2016. Till date i haven't received my credit card. The authorised person is not receiving the call. T he application no is "w[protected]". Please solve the issue as soon as possible or impose strict actions on the same.. Thankyou
                        I have same Problem. What ICIC Bank doing I don't understand. Why these agents are calling if they are not belongs from ICICI.

                            In this month bill you have charged me 500 as late payment fee and
                            Ervice tax of rs. 72.50.

                            The payment received in the present month statement is also 13.05.2016.

I want to check balance of it online After many attempts I registered my userid in self care page, it was successful but I am not able to login or check balance. Getting page can't display.                               I have been charged Rs 142.50 (28.5*5) for atm decline charges and have not been even informed or warned about it in any way. I feel chated with for being charged with something which is not even my fault. Please return my money back and atleast inform before charing money even once so that we can stop using that atm to prevent such charges being charged.

                                My complaint is related to the minimum account balance charges,
                                That bank has debited from my account without any communication in this regard.

                                I was told during the opening of this account that it is a zero balance account, but for this account i have been charged for mab every month.
                                In this regards, many a times i dropped mails to respective person at branch bank and also visited personally. But still the issue was not resolved. Every time i was assured to be informed once the issue has been resolve, but i am very much disappointed by this kind of non responsiveness.

                                Now kindly suggest, how can i get the charges back to my a/c that have been charged for mab.

                                Please take some action against this bank for not complying rbi standards / guidelines.
                                If they are unable to rectify this issue and didnot revert my balance, i will discontinue relation with icici bank and also suit a case in consumer court as well as in rbi.
                                (This is giving me a mental stress and if any wrong happened with me only you are responsible)

                                  My name is Parvinder Singh holding a card with ICICI and It is worst experience with customer care. I called up and talk to vikasini, Jyotsana, Mobina & Chaitanya regarding my interest charges to be reversed as I didn't received statements on my registered email address. They insure me that it will be reversed within 2 working days. I called up today at 12 noon to check it however the IVR says that due to high call volume, we are unable to transfer the call and received a confirmation about a callback within 15 minutes. I wait for two hours, and when I call to customer care, they told me that request was not placed at all previously. I have made a full payment to ICICI already. The customer care person are also not co-operative and they are hiding their worst performance and chaitanya is teaching the process instead of helping a customer on resolving my issue.

                                  I want to register a complaint against ICICI Bank regarding these type of services and required compensation against worst services received from ICICI bank.

                                    I am having a saving account with ICICI Bank Limited vide account number[protected] at 215, Free Press House, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021 your branch and the ATM cum Debit Card number issued by is [protected], which is linked with the above my bank account.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice about the non-cooperation of the bank (ICICI Bank) and the police on my complain of fraud transactions (worth Rs. 48, 000 which is my entire month's salary) that have taken place in my account in ICICI Bank.

                                    My salary (Rs. 48, 426) for the month of May 2016 was credited in my account at 07:29 PM on 1st June, 2016. The amount of Rs. 48, 000 has been withdrawn by an unknown unauthorised entity in three transansactions from your Colaba ATM (as informed by your customer care executive of ICICI Bank). The details of the fraud transactions are as follows:

                                    1) Rs. 20, 000 withdrawal on 2nd June, 2016 at 05:22 AM
                                    2) Rs. 20, 000 withdrawal on 2nd June at 05:22 AM
                                    3) Rs. 8, 000 withdrawal on 2nd June at 05:25 AM

                                    I was at my residence in Mumbra when these transactions took place. When I woke up in the morning, I realized that these fraud transactions have taken place in my account and I called up the ICICI customer care. I told them all the details about the incident and they blocked my card and told me to go to the bank which will help me further.

                                    When I reached the my home bank branch (Free Press House Branch) and met the Deputy Manager of the bank, she made me fill up a Card member Dispute Form (SR[protected]. Now they are asking me to bring the F.I.R. but the police is not ready to file it and tells me to bring in writing from the bank that I am their customer and these fraud transactions have taken place in their bank's ATM itself, but the bank is not ready to give me that also.

                                    There has been no cooperation from the bank as well as the police and they are not responding to any of my queries too. The money has been withdrawn from an ICICI ATM by someone, and they are not even ready to see the footage.

                                    I am helpless as no one is cooperating with me on this serious incident. Instead, they tell me that these things happen all the time. Please help me on this matter and help me get my money back as my survival depends on it.

                                    I have been visiting the bank branch (Free Press House Branch) daily and also have been calling the customer care (No. [protected]), but no one, not even the customer care representatives nor the bank officials are still notifying me on what the current status of the investigation is and when will I get my money back.

                                    Please note that this is my entire months salary and my survival depends on it as I am the sole breadwinner for my family.

                                    Hope you understand the gravity of my situation and enlighten me on the proceedings as well as the date of me receiving my money.

                                      Respected sir, this is to inform that the i think important matter icici bnak your high India is high interest rate 15% other so many bank very low interest rate more than 11.49 % personal loan but your bank high rate interest 15% high processing charge other bank 0.1 % your bank 1% security charges Rs 6120 over R .B .I RULES OUT i have refuse high interest rate o b c bank 13 % interest rate in Delhi all over India branches .then problems security charges i have strong refuse .personal loan so many problems customer in Delhi .e m i date i will telling every month date 5 not willing your bank why i am working private secter salary date 7 before come bank . this is matter very urgent resolve please request thanking you .
