ICICI Bank — Dispute on ATM withdrawal

Hi,
I am a icici, customer,
I tried to withdraw 1000 rs from non icici bank atm (Yes bank), with atm code - ehpoii95 on date (9/5/2017) around 6:30 pm, i did not get the money from atm and also atm show the error (Time out) that time but my money deducted from my account, you can see the video footage.
I tried to call customer care many times but did not get any response from them,
And also write an email to icici bank, but did not get any response also from there
Please refund my money as soon as possible.
