[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Dispute was on atm transaction of 3000/-rs and got only 500/-rs.

Dear sir,

I have make an atm transaction of inr2000 from icici bank atm id-s1vdb979 on dated 22/04/2013 6:53pm, but got received inr 800 (100x8) from atm machine. I have informed to nearest icici bank rourkela main branch, their personal suggest me to wait 24 hr's the money will be credit on the same account[protected], but the disputed amount (Inr1200) still not credited on my account till date. I have also submit written compliant at icici rourkela branch on 24/04/2013. On 25th i got received one message (Sr[protected], dear customer, we are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been paid completly) from icici. Actually i got only inr 800. My fault is only that i used icici atm. Please help in this regard. I am still waiting for my money. I am regularly following the same at icici branch but no satisfactory action taken as yet. Please help in this regard.
