[Resolved] ICICI Bank — disputed charges to credit card & rude behavior | |||
I have not been icici credit card for a few years. I had requested icici that this card be cancelled last year as well. This year they again charged me rs 2049 when i don't physically have the card & i did not authorize any transactions. They have been following up for payment & threatening me for payment. I want to know how they can charge my card without my authorization? Even if they did - as a consumer should they not give me full details of the charge incurred?
