ICICI Bank — Disputed transactions & worse customer service

Multiple complains raised but no resolution SR[protected], SR[protected], SR[protected]. account ending with ***2110
I had false transactions from my account on 24-25 May, 2015 for around 1 lakh rupees. My debit card is with me all the time and has been hardly used anywhere as i am in USA most of the time form last few years and it has been said that the transactions happened thru the Debit card. i had wasted around 6 months following up with customer service and they are still looking at it. In this time period i have submitted all the asked documents multiple times, when ever i call them the request is still processing and takes up to 45 days. They keep on closing the old request without resolution and open a new one and repeat the same stuff. Multiple complains have been raised but never received my hard earned money back.
