[Resolved] ICICI Bank — dmc charge got deducted | |||
Myself jeeta, i have been with icici bank since 2017. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. The representative told its free of cost while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/in dp chgs till jan2020 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far. I got an icici credit card about 1 month back, but still unable to generate my user id.
I've been spending hours calling the customer care but they seem clueless and ask me to wait for another 7 days. I made a transaction and now I'm in complete darkness as I can't access my account statement.
