ICICI Bank — Dmc dp charges deducted from my account

I'm Harsha. I hold a ICICI savings account and ICICI Direct Demat account. ICICI Direct personnel called me during the time of account creation and made me create a demat account by saying its free of cost and they won't charge anything. But Rs.826 has been silently deducted from my savings account without even a notification saying DMC DP charges. I am not using my demat account with ICICI and I don't accept these unfair charges.
