Myself Joy Manna, i have been with icici bank since 2020. This year 2021 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till mar-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

What happened this is not good. Before this I think icici bank stands as a reputated bank but now I think this bank is totally fraud. After this I suggest to everyone that don't open account in icici bank. And u guys are act like a thief.
Dp charges are deducted from my account I am not using demate account or not applied for that.
