Myself srilatha k, i have been with icici bank since 2018. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. What happened this is not good. Before this I think icici bank stands as a reputated bank but now I think this bank is totally fraud. After this I suggest to everyone that don't open account in icici bank. And u guys are act like a thief.
Dp charges are deducted from my account I am not using demate account or not applied for that.
Please refund my amount. Stop such deduction immediately.

I am manaswini Lokare having account in icici bank 344 is deducted without any information and something they mentioned demat which I didn't use.
