ICICI Bank — DMC/in DP Charges till November-2020 | |||
Hello. I'm Adesh Cheelad, the amount of Rs. 826/- is debited by ICICI Bank on[protected] without sms or email alert.The transaction mark was DMC/IN(demat acc no.) DP CHGS TILL NOV 2020.The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account. I have never been charged for just operating my demat account with ICICI direct. I would like to know what are these charges? If these charges are new fees there was no prior intimation about the new fee structure. If these charges are not part of ICICI direct fee structure please refund my money back. I tried to complaint launch a query/complaint through ICICI Bank's 'https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page' but the webpage did not process my request.
