ICICI Bank — Double deduction of home loan with double interest - LBTNE[protected]

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have missed my last month (Dec 2016) ICICI Bank Home Loan EMI due to some financial issue, but after receiving call from the ICICI bank person (Laxmi and Team - Andheri MIDC ICICI Home Loan Recovery Branch), I have given the cheque(no.111894) of Rs.15, 359 i.e. with interest on 22-dec-2016, after that i have checked my ICICI bank saving online account, and the option of auto debit was already updated by the bank and after checking this i have informed to the Laxmi and team to not to deposit that cheque because i am depositing the same amount with interest in ICICI saving bank account which will be auto adjusted against auto debit option, and the person from Laxmi Team agreed to this and yesterday (03.01.2017) i have got a message that the amount of Rs.15, 359 has been debited from your citi bank account (the same cheque which i have give to Laxmi and Team chq no.111894), the amount of Rs.15, 496.21 has been already debited my ICICI account on dated 31.12.2016.

Experience with Laxmi and Team - Laxmi and Team (Andheri MIDC Home Loan Recovery Branch) are not responding well to the customer.. it was very bad and frustrating experience to talking with them and no one were supportive over there.
