[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Dp charges[protected] dp chgs till sep-15

I face the same problem every quarter ICICI bank deducts money from my account especially when I was told that it is absolutely free.

26/04/2018 DMC/IN... DP CHGS TILL MAR-18 826.0

I request the Government of India, RBI and concerned authority to notice this malpractice from ICICI and take necessary action against ICICI BANK.

It seems as if this practice is prevalent and ICICI bank is looking Corores of Rupee from its customers every quarter.

I am P. Bodke. 774 and 51 Rupees has been deducted from my account as (DP CHGS TILL OCT-18) DP charges. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.Please contact me [protected] for further quries.

It happening with me from the past 5 years and when I did complaint to the bank they shown me the account opening form singed by me with demat account optioned selected.

I was checked by the person who came for opening the account and now i need to go to the branch for un-opting it .
actually it is a milibhagat with the bank and the account opening touts . They are being paid commision by the bank only when they open an account the deemat ac selected. Thats all.

On 25 OCt 2019, an amount of Rs.481 has been deducted from my savings account with the remarks DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-19 without any prior notice and while opening demat account they haven't mentioned any thing about these charges. They said no hidden charges but this DMC suddenly come up with out any prior notice. This deduction was happened so many times. but they deducting again and again. Plz return back my money.

On 29 Nov 2019, an amount of Rs.797.66 has been deducted from my savings account with the remarks DP CHGS TILL OCT-19 without any prior notice and while opening demat account they haven't mentioned any thing about these charges. They said no hidden charges but this DMC suddenly come up with out any prior notice. This deduction was happened so many times. but they deducting again and again. Plz return back my money.

I am also facing the same problem, my ICICI account got auto-debited Rupees of 826 with DP CHGS TILL MAR-20 on[protected] without any email or SMS notification. I got to know that they deducted from the DEMAT account. I don't understand I didn't open any DEMATaccount then how ICICI people deducted without any notification. During COVID time and during financial crises time, If bank people will do all these frauds then what we will do. For a lower-middle-class family, 826 rupees means a lot but what they have done during the corona time, really worst service.

Notice that amount of Rs. 826 deducted showing in my transaction details. DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-20 this is really ###, Please return my money ASAP, this is for ICICI Team don't do this kind of things without prior information.

Had deducted one more charges in the form of EBA/NSE N 2020162/[protected]@ Rs. 18.19.

Can not trust on ICICI Team.

Need Proper Explanation other wise will take necessary action.

Same problem. 836 deducted without any preintimation or massage.

DMC DP CHGS till year ending. Annually demat charges RS.826 are deducting from my account. Without my approval how can ICICI created demat account for my savings account. I want my money back immediately. I want explanation for this also. Customer care number is also not responding for queries. Worst bank is ICICI.

Myself Kapil Baraskar, i have been with icici bank since 2019. This year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till nov-20 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far

ICICI bank is definitely a CHEATER BANK. Please do not bank with ICICI. I have been debited with Rs 826 even though i have not used my account from past 5 years and i never activated it.

Hi my name is Abhishek. One icici emplyi has opend demat account. She said that amount will not be deducted but. Money is getting deducted first month 1160 rs and not 550rs. Please refund my money ASAP. Dear icici please don't take such charges without telling customers. And amount will be deducted without intemation of customers. This is reducules. Please refund money. 100000 rs has been deducted from my account as DP charges. Biggest scam from ICICI. Is that the charge you are taking for whatsapp DP and facebook DP ?

Why this Charges DMC/DP charges till May21 Rs. 78.67.

No prior information from ICICI Bank.
