ICICI Bank — DP CHGS amount debited 826

My account got debited with 826 rupees showing DP CHGS TILL JUL-21 on 27 aug-2021.
I never opted for any DMAT account and never used any serviced from dmat account. Your representative himself opened an account and said its free of cost but still I did't agree and I don't know they opened an account with my details. I never received any message or warning about the amount to be debited. i request you to credit my money back and close my dmat account.
I tried contacting you through portal icici website but its somehow not submitting the complaint after giving all the details and submitting just a blank screen is appearing.

Updated by Tharun Reddi Not received any update till date. They sent a formal message asking for contact number but nothing happened after that. No way of communication happened.
Please resolve it soon
