ICICI Bank — dp chgs till october 2019 fraud charges

When i open the account they told there is no any extra charges but now all of the sudden and without any notification they deducted amount from my account and i didn't even received any message such a fraud and cheep things done by icici bank. I want you to refund all my deducted amount and in future don't debit any amount from my account. Should feel shame of deducting amount without informing. Really shameless need ur explanation for all non sense activity.
