ICICI Bank — During customer care call disconnecting by icici help desk team 2 time | |||
Hi I have made call to ICICI credi card customer care, to close my credit card after paid of out standing amount with net banking with other bank. When I made call to customer care to inform about paid details, they replied if it other bank will take 3 day to credit. I asked question if we do personal any transaction it taking only 24 hrs even in NEFT why its taking 3 day he said its rule /procedure I ask what rule / procedure ? for that he cut the call, for customer he has to answer the know, if he dosen't know, the person need to forward to concern person know? but he cut the call Again I made call to customer care, first said about this issue of previous person cut the call he taken complain also no is : SR14727457 about that. Again I ask the same question why the 3 day taking for transaction what the rule / procedure, this person also cut call during the discussion. See when need the customer they all wait for us, once become a customer they dosen't know the basic sense to address the question Was this information helpful? | |||
