[Resolved] ICICI Bank — eazypay failed transaction | |
I tried to pay my Sikka Broadband monthly bill today through Eazypay portal. It didn't go through and showed a server error. I tried again and it did the same thing. Both the times, the amount was deducted from my account. The total amount that I paid was 1886 as the bill amounted to 943 and I tried to pay twice. I would like the money refunded back to me as soon as possible. Here are some details. Reference ID: [protected], [protected] Date: 2nd March, 2020 Payment Mode: MasterCard Debit Card Amount: 943 (For the first transaction) 943 (For the second transaction) Also, I tried to check my transaction history but for some reason it's showing both of them to be succesful even though none of them actually are. Finally, I tried to get in touch with the customer support. They told me that the payment stands as a succes even though I didn't receive any receipt from the sikka and no success page after my payment. Here are some screenshots I took.
