Did u get ur money back, same problem happened with me, rs 510 deducted as I paid to eazypay using Google pay but still the transaction failed...

I was making a payment which is related to University of Delhi assistant professor, through Paytm on eazypay icici, payment is successful on the side of Paytm and amount is also debited but the form is not submitted. the last 4 numbers o[censored]PI reference of that particular transaction is 4766. Kindly refund my amount.

Sir/Madam, I have sent several emails to
[protected]@icicibank.com regarding the transaction failure. The amount of Rs 10155 has beed deducted from my account but i don't see any transaction history when i check from the eazypayweb site. I was supposed to pay for UNIVERSITY OF DELHI college admission fees to DELHI COLLEGE OF ARTS AND COMMERCE. The amount has been debited from my account and it says successful on my iob upi app but there's no record of it in the eazywebicici site.
KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS TODAY ITSELF.
THE DEADLINE FOR MY ADMISSION IS TOMORROW AND I AM VERY ANXIOUS ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I'VE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SERVICE. PLEASE TAKE SOME RESPONSIBILITY.

I had made transaction on 11.10.2022 at 3:30 pm for paying my examination fee (ARSD College, DU; Name: Suhani Dhamija) of Rs. 510.00 wide UPI/Paytm through my Union Bank Account to UPI ID- [protected]@icici but I got a transaction error and the money was debited from my account, but the beneficiary didn't receive the money, also it's not reverted in my bank account. The UPI ref No.is[protected].
I contacted the Bank and they came up with the resolution that they'd sorted out the issue and the payment was now transferred to the beneficiary account i.e. Eazypay and I was provided the RRN No. to get the refund.
The snapshot of the aforementioned transaction has been attached herewith.
Kindly help me with the issue so that I can get the refund.

I contacted the Bank and they came up with the resolution that they'd sorted out the issue and the payment was now transferred to the beneficiary account i.e. Eazypay and I was provided the RRN No. to get the refund.

Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This Tuesday(Date- 11/04/2023, time- 11:28 am) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for Delhi university STUDENT_EXAM_FEE_2023_APRIL, Shyama prasad mukherjee College for women, of Rs. 760 through eazypay- icici gateway.
Actually, the matter is when i proceed to payment page after entering all credentials of my upi mode then the payment was transacted from paytm. After a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that " Transaction is not successful. Payment process not completed." Also, in my college dashboard there is an option for pay fees but i have already paid. and i checked eazypay website by filling in my mobile number, but no information is showing.
I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this poblem.
