I was donating to unicef for rs.800/- per month however due to some financial issues i stopped donating so it was my auto debit donation by bank, whereas i submitted my request to nearest icici bank vakola on 14 aug 2020. It was informed by branch banking executive that payment which is deducting from bank account its a bounceback charges, same info given by customer care executive on call by 12 aug 2020.
As informed by customer care executive i visited branch to cancel my ecs charges which was unnecessary, executive processed with form and informed that currently server is down but it will get resolve at the earliest, trusting icici bank and had faith on brand i agreed, but on aug 28 2020 after getting salary credit in my account total rs.6k again debited by bank mentioning esc charges. It is really worst experience by icici bank.
After raising request on 14 aug 2020 after 14 days i beared such a huge loss, this is not acceptable. I request to return my money back. Being a trusted customer its unacceptable and bad behaviour by bank.
