I am writing to you to raise an issue about: loans
The issue that i have experienced was: i am very much disappointed that, i didn t get any information that i am due with 100 rs amount which is unfortunate.
If you could see my payment track, you can come to the conclusion that i have paid the amount on time without any delay by god grace..
Please consider it as your mistake that you have not informed that i am still pending with 100rs amount. Which is now accumulated around 500inr.
As i remember, i was told to pay 21877 and i paid, it is visible in soa. I was not told to pay 21977, that's why i have not paid.
Kindly waive off my extra charges becasue this is your mistake.
I am ready to pay 100rs which is genuine.
Please feel free to call me and discuss the issue.
My cibil is getting impacted due to your 100rs dues which is not acceptable for me.

It occurred on: 01/03/2017, but i came to know some days back when i was applying for car loan.
They should waive the interest charges as they didn't inform that 100rs extra they want.
It is their mistake. So i am requesting to waive off the interest and take only the genuine charges of rs100 only.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

I got a phone call today saying that they are from Consumer Complain Forum and they are willing to solve my issue. They gave me a code called "RFC19434AZ" and asking to activate the offer by placing the 19434 and click on pay button. They given the upi id as [protected]@icici and activate the offer here.
After doing this my offer will be activated like that they are telling.
Is it true? Or it was a fraud. I denied to do so, because It can't be like that.
Kindly check and aware all of your user that people may get such kind of fraud call and they will be cheated.
