    I started an ICICI bank account 1.5 years ago. ICICI has issued a credit card to my company address without my consent or approval. I didnt even know that ICICI has issued a credit card, I didnt receive any messages or mail communications regarding that.

    This september, I received a mail that my icici credit card is due for payment. At that time, I realised that there is a credit card issued for me by the bank. I called the bank immediately and blocked the card. I asked the customer care team about the reason for this incident. They told that they will register a compliant but I have to pay the due amount immediately.

    I need an answer from ICICI.

      My icici bank nri account deducted rs. 590 without informing me as nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip~29jun20~871953b~[protected]. 4 times rs. 590 deducted. I lost rs. 2360 which is not a small amount! My only concert was why i did not get sms alert for the amount being debited from my account. I am already receiving sms for other types of transaction whether if the money is credited or debited. After speaking with executive they informed me that due to insufficient balance, sip was rejected. Why i did not get an sms alert for the money debited?

      What a rubbish !! The guy replied that, "You will get credit and Debit related transactions done by you." What if ICICI itself auto debit money from my account such as penalty, service charge, etc. Is ICICI living in stone age Or they intentionally don't want customer to know penalty charges so they can keep deduct money until customer login to his account and check his balance manually !!! Poor service.

        Dear Team,

        Amount of Rs590 is deducted from my account without any of my authorization. I called to your customer care number and the executive is said to me that amount is deducted due to bounce of ecs but i dont have any ecs in my account right now and without giving me any solution she said me to visit the branch. This is not the solution for this issue. I also saw lots of peoples are facing the same issue. please reslove this issue.

              I have given request for dispatch of original property documents on 04/07/20 and since then received no updates from bank.
              My loan account got closed in may2020 but bank never contact proactively to dispacth the original documents. Even after i gave request for dispatch, its more than a month and still no update from bank by sms / call / email.

              Who will be responsible if the documents gets misplaced.

              Very poor service by icici bank.

                I am holder of the said bonds redeemable on 27.12.2025.
                The local ICICI office at Bahu Plaza Jammu are not able to guide me on the status/redemption of the said bonds.

                  ICICI and BajajFinserv

                  There is no reason why there has been this deduction out of my savings account. This is a very difficult situation for me and every rupee is very important. I had only 600 in my account. How can you guys take all the money from the savings account without any notice. This is unlawful. Please check and refund my money.

                      I have taken a personal loan from icici bank with loan agreement no. Lpmde[protected]. I have applied for moratorium for the month of august’20 through icici bank portal on 26th july ’20 due to financial problem during this covid-19 pandemic.

                      But, emi got deduct from my account on 7th aug 2020, so i mailed to icici customer care (Mail id - customer. [protected]@icicibank.com) to request for grant my moratorium request.
                      I received a mail from icici, in this mail icici representative mentioned that my moratorium request is not considered due to moratorium offer is not activate for the month of august on my loan account. My question is that, why moratorium offer is not activated on loan a/c & who will be responsible for that? From my side, i have applied for moratorium before the time period. This is a rbi instruction, why manual activation is required to avail this benefit?
                      Also, i have complained to icici up to level-2 but did not receive any satisfactory response from them.
                      My humble request to you, kindly consider the current situation & take a favorable action.
                      Your favorable action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                        It has been noticed that 590 rs debited twice from my account in favour of Bajaj. Its understood that this charge comes when ecs returns. I have contacted Bajaj regarding the same and they are not aware of any such deductions. I have a personal loan taken from Bajaj and the emi is debited 2nd of every month correctly.Since it is in the 2nd of everymonth, I have enough balance on my account. There has been no defaults till now. I would like to have that charges refunded asap.

                        I have received email from Bank stating that the charges will be reversed to my account by August 27, 2020. But I have not received the amount or any other response after that mail. Hope to receive the amount as soon as possible.

                            I got money debited two time this month from my icici saving account which is my salary account with remark "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip~13jul20~ccc33cf". I am not sure why rs 150.53 and 439.47 were debited from my account. I have been using this account from more than 8 years but this has happened first time.

                            Kindly resolve my query and refund my amount. You can find my name, account number and debit screenshots in the attachments.

                              Account balance was enough on 02 jul 20 to clear nach emi for bajaj finserv.
                              Although emi is debited on 03jul20.

                              Icici bank has charged inr590 for nach_ad_rtn_chrg_bajajfin_02jul20please refund the amount.

                                  I have a Demat & Saving account in ICICI bank for last 4 years now. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAY-20'---- INR 354.00' and multiple transaction of INR 29.50, INR 18.00, INR 28.50 and INR 13.75 stating ' POSDEC CHG/ "multiple dates"/5213+GST' . When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                    Since February 2020 my account has been debited by 59 INR each month and I haven't done any transactions.
                                    The message just say transaction of rs. 59 is done by VIN*GOOGLEt whereas I have not even added any payment info in Google pay.
                                    I do not expect my refund for each month but at least stop this from happening in further months.
