[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ecs charged

Am an icici bank customer. On 26-03-19 ecsrtnchg charged 413 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. ICICI deducting amount from my account. ICICI branch janakpuri C1 branch staff's are very rude and they do not know how to behave.. I think the security infront of the bank is the manager in this branch because he behave like that. Worst service.

My credit card was debited by rs 1699 for CPP assistance. Actually I don't want this service so I want to cancel it.so please cancel this membership and refund my money ASAP.I have request many times to cancel this membership but still membership is not cancelled. So please look into it.
