ICICI Bank — ECS charges deducted from ICICI account without any intimation

I have recently noticed that there has been some deduction from my account in the name of ECS, I don't know why this deduction is happening and what are the reasons behind it these charges have been Rs. 4, 664 and I never get any notification or any intimation prior to these deductions.

It seems that ICICI Bank has been deducting these charges from my account without my knowledge from the beginning. I wasn't aware of this earlier, but when the recent deduction happened, I checked my whole statement for the last year and found out that they charged me around 5000 for these ECS charges. I want my money back and will take further action regarding these issues against ICICI Bank.
