Hello team,
I have contacted ICICI customer care since Rs. 33000 has been deducted for Ecs charges from my account.
But no positive response from your team and the customer care agent refused to transfer my call to supervisor as per my request, she was very rude and hung up on me though I didn't even use any abusive language.
In my bank account - ecs charges has been charged multiple times. As i am facing difficulty of financial condition in this covd 19. I'm no longer on that's why I have requested my pf so that I can pay my emis and medical bills. I am an old customer of your bank and having good banking with icici. Please refund this time the ecs charges amount and I assure that it will not happen again.
I am marking you mail. I hope you understand the situation otherwise i have to Approach RBI. Hope you would care about your customer and resolve this issue.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
Please cooperate with me and try to understand my current financial situation.
I request you to refund money as soon as possible.
