ICICI Bank — ECS return charges levied on account holder

Dear sir,
I have been levied ECS charges on my account due to insufficient funds in account in JAN 2021 I had deposited 5000 on 11-Jan 20121 and my account was reduced to 252

I have been charged 590 RS 9 times for ECS Returns in 2020 towards health insurance plan to be paid monthly EMI
