ICICI Bank — ecs rtn charges 103 times in a single day

Hi

My icici personal account got debited 473/- 103 times in a single day without any intimation.

Even after clearing all my outstanding amount of my loans, it happened. Before clearing outstanding amount, i got a call from icici customer care people that if i clear outstanding amount and bounce charges, they will exclude my ecs amount of my previous months, but i was shocked they deducted 103 times almost 50, 000/- from my bank account and they are saying they cant revert back my amount as it is ecsrtn charges. Who will help me now.

Updated by Ali Masthan Again after deducting 103 times 472/- almost 50, 000/- without any intimation they have deducted ecsrtn charges again.

Customer care guys and branch manager was not helpful.

I have cleared all my outstanding amounts associated with ICICI bank. Still what the hell is going on with my account.

How can any bank hits ECS more than 10 times in a single month, when there is no balance in savings account and how can you guys deduct ECS charges 103 Times and still deducting on regular basis?

Even after clearing all the charges, why are you deducting my money? Who will help me now ? I want my money back.
