Good day, Since my debit card has expired ICICI has sent a new card to the courier. I called the courier company as I got the message the card could not be dispatched. I mentioned i could come to pick it up but they mentioned it had to be delivered personally. As I am a working person I mentioned to them to call me and left my phone number with them and this still hasn't been followed up. It would be great if ICICI could change the company or liase with me so I can get the needful.

Complaint marked as Resolved There was no resolution from ICICI nor did anyone from ICICI customer called me (Typical). The courier company just delivered the Debit card the second time that the card was re-dispatched. No accountability to who was responsible for the issue, though I strongly feel the courier company was responsible for the issue cause for sure some more customers will face the same issue for sure.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
