Hi, there was an amount of 8000 inr debited from sbi atm but transaction not completed but i got a massage from my bank account on 03/09/2019 and i immediately called the icici bank customer care no. And also provided a complain no. Sr[protected].
But 8000 inr amount not refund in my amount. Many times call s in customer care no but problem not solved.

    Hi sir every month on 5th i have to pay 1050 and i was maintaining the sufficient amount on that day but ecs was hitting on modnights are any time which was not knowing and there are no any proper hours when i am called to customer care they are just saying it can be hit at any time from midnight to whole day how it can be possible when they are cutting 470 rs twice in a month for only 1050 amount is it fair ???
    I am just paying 2000 extra amount for 1050 repayment amount
    Please look in to the issue and solve as soon as possible

      Hi, there was an amount of 4200 inr debited today @11:40 am from my bank account on 06/11/2019 and immediately i got an automated message confirming the transaction and i complained as fraud. However i had never authorized for any standing instruction or payment deduction from my account. I immediately called the bank and blocked my card, also having checked the recipient details icici confirmed its for a gaming site through google pay.
      My question is without authorizing the payment how can the amount be debited from bank. The last transaction done on my google pay account reflecting is 01 nov 2019. How come this payment is not recorded in google pay transaction history. Please refund this amount.

          Dear sir,
          I have got the personal loan from fullerton india. I am paying the loan due on 5th of the every month. Last september 5th is sunday so it will hit on 6th. Unexpectedly my salary not credited on 4th of september. As i know that my account is not having sufficient funds i have deposited my amount in branch on 9 am (I am the first customer to pay in) on 6 th september. Usually ecs will hit my account on 11 pm to 12 pm. But in the evening i am getting message that your ecs has returned due to insufficient funds and charged from my account. I have called customer care and they are saying that ecs will hit any time even before office hours. Is that possible to happen? I want to know... If you have any idea about this please mail me.             I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- for the past 2 years of 2017 and 18 now this year also they may detuct the amount automatically from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

              After several complaints, they not resolved the issue. They called twice and said resolve the issue but they are not even scared of consumer court.. Almost 3 months completed but no resolution. Complaint id 794547. They have marked complaint has resolved but who gave them rights to mark resolve without resolving the issue they have marked as resolved.

                  Hi, i am sairam k from hyderabad. I have cleared my complete outstanding for my icici bank credit card and i was assured that i will received noc with 48 hours. It has been more than 10 days now i have not received noc. I have made payment with cash receipt.

                  Strange thing is people who has assured me that i will have noc now are saying we cannot share you noc and they are giving me free advice to call customer care.

                    I have been calling the icici fastag support for last 3months to update the rc book of the vehicle and also that the fastag does not work at any toll plaza, they just do not seem to care and provide a solution for the same. I have called n number of times and every time they just create a ticket and do not take any further action on the same. If this continues wil surely stop using the pathetic service.

                      Am very irritated from services which I am getting from your bankers.

                      Dear Sir, every month I am facing the same issue.

                      Last month I left sufficient amount in my account to get deducted against the credit card but I received a message that we due to insufficient we are unable to deduct the EMI and they levied penalty on me and I tried to get in touch with your customer care representatives from my registered contact number, your IVR system did not allow me to get in touch with them. I tried multiple times.

                      Now please suggest me where should I go?

                      Every month I have been paying more than my EMI but still the outstanding amount if reflecting as Rs. 26, 500 when the credit card limit is Rs. 25, 000.

                      Then again I made a mistake, I again made a purchase of Rs. 8787 through the credit card of ICICI bank and I tried 3 time to convert that amount into EMI’s but every time system accepts my request and after every 3-4 days I am getting message that we regret to convert that amount into EMI.

                      I want to know sir, am I joke a to your bank?

                      Till when your employees keep harassing me?

                      This time I am on a very serious note and very frustrated, I got this account opened to make my life easier but my relationship and my trust with your bank has become the biggest problem of my life.

                      I want a resolution with justice at earliest and I really want to close this account and to close this credit card.

                      When I joined my new organization they gave me an option to open salary account with Axis bank but I am a fool who trusted in your bank and gave account details of your bank.

                      I really don’t want to write to you but sir I am not even able to connect with your representatives.

                      Request you to do the needful.

                          Hi All,

                          I had a loan with ICici bank and recently closed the old one by taking a new loan.

                          As loan officer said insurance amount of closed loan should be credited back to my account with 15 days. However, it did not happen. I called the customer care team they never resolved the issue after 2 hours on hold even.

                          I want my insurance asap, otherwise gonna submit case again icici with consumer court.

                              Sub. : unauthorized transaction made from my icici bank salary account.

                              I am kapil krishna patil staying in akurdi, pune (Maharashtra). I have an salary account in icici bank with account no[protected]. Today morning my account is debited with total 50000 rupees’ amount with some unauthorized transaction. Someone from other location did 5 cash withdrawal of 10000 rs transaction on 29/10/2019. This is an fraud case, someone did clone of my debit card and did cash withdrawal.

                              These 5 cash withdrawal transaction on rs 10000 each were made against merchant name (Nfs/00079054/cash wdl) on 29/10/2019 in gaya (Bihar)

                              I did block my icici debit card ([protected]) and also filled the dispute form in icici bank chinchwad branch, pune. A complaint also register in icici bank for this unauthorised transaction. (Complaint no: sr[protected].

                              I have also register an complaint in local police station and cyber cell pi in pimpri chinchwad office, pune.

                              I seek your help and request you to kindly investigate this case and refund my money back.

                              I tried to transfer funds and tried to do grid validation. Despite putting correct values, I was asked to put correct values and after 3 times I could not complete transactions. I am stuck for the last 10 days and my visit to nearest branch has not helped. Please help me to activate my debit card and oblige.

                                Address: Godrej it park branch, p-2, firojshah nagar, vikroli west,, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400079

                                I was took 47000/- from credit card and i forwarded request to bank i want pay credit amount in installment but the request rejected then i reached with customer care and on call the floor supervisor had promised me once i will paid minimum amount then she will convert it. After paid minimum amount she was not reveiving call and also not forward my call to her it means bank has fraud and cheat me because of after a month bank charged me approxe 8000/-rs. And i once again trying to connect with customer care they did not answer me.
                                After i got lots of issues nad mentally torture then i decided i want to make a big complaint on this branch please i request you take a big action.

                                One more thing is that i already paid my actual amount to bank but nobody response everyone has to charge only intrest or ect.

                                  I haven't subscribed to my money service but still, an annual fee 354.00 rupees got deducted from my account for the same service, and any number of calls to customer care didn't help, and i never got the amount back. Please unsubscribe me from my money service and pay back my money. I am a long time customer and i certainly did not like this backdoor transaction.
                                  ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have booked a ticket on 3rd October from railyatri and it was cancelled and a refund amount of rs. 847 has been initiated from their side but still not credited to my account. They said it is being pending from my bank's end. I have made the payment through icici debit card.
