[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ECS RTN Charges leading to EMI bounces and losses

I have an EMI to be deducted in this month. Even after fund is transferred to the icici bank, It the ICICI Bank has charged me 590 rs in the name of ECS return charges. Which leads to EMI bounce charges of 1200 Rs and interest of again 45 rs.. A total of 1700+ rs is loss to me for just 14000+ EMI by such action. This is not the first time I'm facing the issue.
