1.I have taken my car loan at Thanjavur branch.I have applied for the car loan only when the employee who processed my loan confirmed me that i can close my loan account after 6 months without any preclosure charges and said i have some special offer at that time.Else i would have not been to ICICI Car loan.

2. I have requested for customer copy and welcome letter many times to the person who processed my loan.But i don't get any response or copy/letter so far from the bank.If it is been sent please share me the courier/deliver details.I would like to approach/register complaint on the non delivery of my copy on them too.

3. When i approached the bank in April for closing my Carloan to the same Thanjavur branch.They confirmed me the same that i don't have to pay any preclosure charges and they shared RLOS 1992950 to use it for further communication my loan closure process.

4.After his confirmation, i paid my full outstanding amount in Coimbatore, Ramanathapuram branch since i am currently staying over there.They also verified and confirmed me to pay that outstanding amount and an interest for 4 days of closure processing fee alone not my foreclosure charges.

5.Only after the reconfirmation i have paid it.

Here the person who processed me gave me the confirmation while taking loan and then before closing the loan got confirmation from the person both from Thanjavur branch.Again before paying the amount the person in Ramanathapuram gave me confirmation.Now only after the confirmation from ICICI bank employees i have proceed to take and close it.

Now all saying they are not aware of backend process.If employees in your reputed bank not aware of what is happening in bankend how could a customer knows about and how we can believe whatever you give us the commitments is true/fake.

Without waiver fee they should not taken my closing procedure.When they included the closing processing interest fee why they not taken this waiver fee that time and asking customer later.

If i am able to repay my outstanding of 3+ lakhs am i not able to pay my waiver fee of 17k.I am in need of justification why they assured me while taking loan and now different response while closing.
It is been promised for me by your employees at several times before my closure that i don't have to pay foreclosure charges.

Being a professional employee working in a reputed organization as a Manager, if i been treated this way how could a normal/uneducated people can have belief on getting loan or how i will be approaching for any other loans further in your Bank.

I have raised concerns in your bank but i haven't received any proper response so far and hence raised this complaint.

If required i can provide all details including the responses provided from the employees.

    I have a salary account with ICCI Bank since Aug-2018, Since 2018, they are deducting 100 rupees every month (iprugtp-nca-SR[protected]SI) . I have NOT activated any policy and Funny thing NO policy is linked with my mobile Number/ email ID as well ( Validated with there customer care helpline number and net banking as well)

    This behavior of ICCI bank is totally unacceptable and fraud without my knowledge . So far they have deducted 4500 Rupees ( since Aug-2018 to till date.

    Please refund the deducted amount with interest and stop this kind of nuisance.

      Money not credited to Fastag but has been debited from Bank

      I recharged by Fastag through the website Sbi Fastag via UPI. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my Bank account (Canara Bank) but the amount did not get credited to my Fastag.

      Please kindly do what is necessary, either refund the amount or get it credited to my Fastag.

      I hold a bank account with ICICI bank and recently some fraudulent transactions happened in my account. I immediately raised police complaint and requested bank account closure.

      Now, i am requesting the bank to support to help trace those bank accounts from where the transaction is done into my account but they arenot properly helping to help trace - they are so irresponsible and doesnt care about customer safety.

      I am so frustrated to use ICICI bank going forward - also i dont recommend this bank to anyone in future.

        I am very disappointed with the credit card fraud transaction. When i saw message for the credit card use i was not sure who did the transaction. I did not get any message that the amount got debited. Still i turned off online transactions from the application. Post that I got a message that transaction got declined for specific amount. When I saw in the unbilled statement that the transaction has happened and it has been charged to me i informed bank + blocked my card + raised fraud complaint+ submitted customer dispute form.

        This is the only thing which i can do.
        This is bank responsibility to take care of all bank related things. When fraud was done i informed bank and raised complaint.
        I am responsible for the payment i have done and i am liable to pay only amount i have used.

        I have informed bank for the fraud transaction done and did all the what was told to me. I will not pay the fraud transaction amount.

        When we transact we get a message and in that message it is written that if you have not done this transaction pls inform bank and block your card. I did and now bank is incapable in finding the fraud.

        I am not at all responsible if bank is incapable in finding who used card and on which location card was used.

        I doubt bank credibility also in this case now any one can use ur account and at the end bank is going to sit blank...

        Please note that I have not shared otp with anyone and Bank is saying transaction has happened with the OTP. How is that possible when i have not shared it with anybody.

          Am an ICICI Bank customer. Today 05-05-22 ECSRTNCHGSO50522 charged 579.55 rupees. I don't know what the charges ECSRTNCHGSO50522, the bank the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or SMS or any phone call. Please tell me what the charge it is. This type direction is not good, please return my charged amount. My email ID is [protected]@gmail.com, contact number [protected]

            I am sameer dhuri, an mount of 825.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till april 2022 on 4th june 2022

            I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

            I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

                This is the Third deduction of 780 rs by icici bank on 2nd June 2022 in the name of dp charges though I have clarified last time to close the account but the same
                Was deducted again by the bank this shows how u treat the customers request

                I am prasannakumar naik, on 2nd june2022 sum of rs has been deducted from my account for dp charges till june 2022

                I was not having any idea about my demat account, and i didn't get any notification of deduction. I never personally opened the demat account till date so this is totally insecure and i even don't have any idea about the demat and trading stuff so please take this matte seriously because deducting of charges from account without the knowledge of account holder is not acceptable in which the account holder never opened the demat account

                I need my money back and am ready to claim in anywhere else if needed

                If i don't get my money back i am gonna take legal action upon this
                Till date i am having faith on icici so please don't lose it

                  I was using my Internet bank account for a large transaction and now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care and the customer care representative said that she activated it again but it never got activiated.

                  This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. Poor poor service !!!

                    Unable to transfer fund due to security reasons

                    This is rambabu matsa, mobile no. [protected]. Opened bank account 4 months back and still facing fund transfer problems from starting onwards. Unable to add bank account in phone pay/google pay as it was showing pop-up mobile no. not registered and went to branch and updated still problem not resolved. There is no proper customer support from icici bank and no response to mails....

                    I bought a apple iWatch directly from the apple official website. During this purchase I was eligible for Rs.3000 cashback.                                   This is regarding to the card-less EMI letter for the loan -Â LCFGUR[protected]Â which i have received in courier to my address on 02-june-2022. From icici bank.

                                  I have not purchased any product in online through card-less EMI option, i have just enquired the eligible through my mobile number -[protected] for purchasing the product but finally i have not purchased any product in online or in retail stores.

                                  When i have been calling the icici bank customer team, they are telling me that i have purchased Smartphone in online for INR 96, 499/- and the amount went to merchant account but as said above i have not purchased any product in online or in retail store.Â

                                  How come the amount is went to merchant without purchasing any product ? Or else please confirm me, by enquiring in online with mobile number how can be the amount is went to merchant account and loan is generated on my name.

                                  I have been visiting  the neareast ICICI branches as Madanapalle and Tirupathi are near to me in Andhra Pradesh from yesterday no one is helping me out in this issue.

                                  Kindly escalate this issue to higher management and resolve this issue asap. Kindly help me on this

                                    I got a call today Someone from ICICI Credit card rewards point asked some details and deducted 14000 rupees saying that its blocked and will refund back. As I asked them to cancel this things they said it will happen but all numbers are switched off
