ICICI Bank — ecs unauthorized charge

My account[savings] got debited with 413 rs against ecsrtnchg in 4th oct, can you explain why this amount got deducted. Please help... You can mail me at gaurav. [protected]@gmail.com. See, i am your genuine customer from long years and i trust upon your banking services, so i request you to please take my complaint in the top at the priority level.

Please refund debit amount as soon as possible.
