[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ecsr deduction- an amount debited from my account for unknown reason

Hi,
An amount for ECSR charge deducted from my account.
This bank is one of the worst bank i have ever seen. Unnecessarily deducting amount from my account during the COVID-19 pandemic. I want my money back. If you can't provide better service atleast don't create problem for customer. On the other hand I was unable to pay just 500 rupees credit card bill you people have charged me 500 other for the same. What kind of calculations you are doing. I want my money back.
If you will not returning my money i will close my account from your useless bank.
