[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ecsrtnchg - 13-mar-18 + gst charges 472 debited from my account without reason.

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka, 560100

472 rupees debited from my account as ecsrtnchg - 13-mar-18 + gst charges. I called to customer care and they didn't tell any reason for that and asked me to go to nearest branch for solution as it will be debited for every month. I didn't understand why it will be debited every month without reason and it is very shameful icici is not have customer care for this issues.

If someone is looking for new salary account. Icici should be the last option. From my last 6 years experience with the account i irritated with the charges they put.

I recharged my Jio no thru Paytm UPI for 509 rs on 31 March 2018. Amount was deducted but recharge was not processed nor the refund initiated. Please resolve the issue ASAP.

I also checked my account and got this :

ICICI bank has unknowingly charged me 413 something rupees, 3 times in a month .
Before I stepped into ICICI banking i was clearly told that there are no charges for any transactions / yearly fees etc ..
but i dont know why they have charged me huge amount .
I am a student and cant bear such charges .
someone please help
