Hi sir/madam

Am a icici bank customer. Yesterday 17-10-17 ecsrtnchg charged 800 rupees + tax... I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Pleaseexplain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. Thank you

I taken health policy (4065/SM/[protected]/00/00)in 18-jul-17.I requestes cancel my policy with full refund amount to Policy selled Executive Because of worst customer service.They said to stay on the policy for three months then only you got a full refund amount.so only i stay with that policy for three months.after then call that executive mr.saravanan but he is number switched off.Then i call customer care and i cancel my policy.But got only 45% Refund amount but I requested for full refund amount.It was a totally fraud service.I need my Full refund amount please take action on this complaint.thank you

Plz take action strictly on ICICI Bank fraud case c the photo copy otp different date n transactions different date of my unused amount thanks they cheated so many c on google n newspapers to thanks so many poor people r involved in fraud

ECSRTNCH I dont know why they have charged me 590 rupees on 07-07-21. I want refund.

ICICI bank charged me 590 on 07-07021 for the above the ECSRTNCH chagres. I didn't get any otp and any notification. There is no 3D security in ICICI bank. They didn't even informed me about the deduction . Is this they way for dealing customers.
