Icici bank branch at alaknanda market is pathetic, the bank representative are very inappropriate and they dont offer any help. I think i really made a mistake by opening a bank account with icici. 9/10 days they say server down, wheareas everything js working it is just employees are busy chit chatting, not even a single customer was on the bank, may be because of this poor customer service. Once my rd term is over, i will discontinue all my banking with icici. I am going to post the same in my fb account. Wasteage of time... Very bad service, gk 2 and cr lark branch server was wkrking, i had to travel extra, employees in alaknanda branch were busy discussing what to buy from lajpat nagar
