I am fade up with icici bank service and customer care. My branch rcp navi mumbai (Manager mr. Ramakrishna) is a worst branch. I am unfortunately having my all accounts (Savings, fds, housing loan, and credit cards) and everything with icici but it’s my mistake i think. Having milionis of rupees fds with premium account but worst customer care. As icici has zero customer care. I wrote many emails to customer care head, and service head, but no response no call back by anyone. I would like now to send complain to ombodsman and rbi about worst customer care and harassment even being premium customer. I will also write a detailed email to icici cmd ms. Chanda coacher. Since last 4 years your icici bank has never given any services on time. The icici rcp navi mumbai branch is a worst branch. Zero customer care in this branch. No one, including branch manager mr. Ramakrshina, ever response any calls or any email in time. One need to make 10 calls and 10 emails for any small query to this branch. I am really very much fade up now with icici bank. I will write this all in media and webcast. A worst bank in india as regards to customer care is icici bank.

I am fade up with ICICI Bank Service and Customer Care. My branch RCP Navi Mumbai (Manager Mr. Ramakrishna) is a worst branch.     Dear sir,
    I have an icici bank gift cards which i got as diwali gift. Now i need to check balance on phone by the customer care[protected] because yours other options like portal is not responding. However now i was being informed to contact your hr head and to whom you get this card. It is also very difficult to get through to your executives. Icici must understand that according to its product name suggest, its gift cards. It is very absurd condition when somebody gifted it to you and then it is useless for user. This should be hassle free, easy to use.
    Same kind of cards provided by boi and user can easily check the balance through the easy portal and over the phone also.
    Kindly provide a solution as there is no facility to check the balance online; otherwise stop this kind of products (Gift cards) from the list of your renowned bank to put the user in pathetic condition.

      Icici bank branch at alaknanda market is pathetic, the bank representative are very inappropriate and they dont offer any help. I think i really made a mistake by opening a bank account with icici. 9/10 days they say server down, wheareas everything js working it is just employees are busy chit chatting, not even a single customer was on the bank, may be because of this poor customer service. Once my rd term is over, i will discontinue all my banking with icici. I am going to post the same in my fb account. Wasteage of time... Very bad service, gk 2 and cr lark branch server was wkrking, i had to travel extra, employees in alaknanda branch were busy discussing what to buy from lajpat nagar

        There is a dispute of 19000.00 amount in oct'17 icici credit card statement which was already paid in 01-08-17. Again the same is reflecting in oct'17. I have called up call centre multiple times and advisors are throwing my call from one another and keep me on hold from more than 1hour. This amount should not reflect in oct'17 credit card statement and i am not going to pay for it.
        Why should i pay the amount twice??
        This is a serious mistake from bank end and i am suffering. Such a poor service from icici credit card. I do have a salary a/c in the same bank and several other a/cs also and now i feel to withdraw all and shift to other bank for a better service.

            I got the error as 'timeout at beneficiary bank' and still i have not received the refund amount in my icici bank account.

            Transaction amount : 24363/-

            I could not connect with icici bank as their service request option do not have imps failed category which is very surprising.

            This transaction is not appearing in transaction history so i could not track it.

                  I'd recharged my phone on 14th oct for 300rs, however i didn't receive the amount in my currency balance in my phone.. Bt amount of 300 was deducted from back account.. Wen i will u gt it refunded back? It's already 2nd working day..

                    I did an imps transaction with imps tnx ref[protected] for rs 12, 000/- on 16th october.

                    The money got debited from my account, however it did not get credited to the beneficiary's account and i got an sms saying "dear customer, imps txn ref[protected] for rs.12, 000.00 is timed out at beneficiary bank on 16-oct-2017 14:49:28. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days"

                        Have done the transaction using payzapp to transfer 1400 rs got transferred in wrong account have tried to contact my branch they have said visit nearest bank branch to file the complaint have done the same but again the branch workers called me and saying this should be done through phone banking officer only again i connected the call with pbo and made conference call both the employees making questions with them self they pbo telling this not our procedure we dont know the forms details u just file the register complaint like that both of them arguing with them self. I need to recover my 1400 rs amount please help me.

                              surcharge mcc 5541 on debit card

                              Dear icici team,
                              My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

                              On 16th october, 2017, at 2:30 am in the morning unauthorized transactions have been carried out from my icici bank savings account. The approximate amount of the fraud is 2600 inr.

                              No 3d pin or otp was used to carry out this transaction

                              I am looking forward to a refund of these transactions and would like to know how safe is it to use the bank services provided by icici bank.

                                I have a concern when i was making an online transaction through a debit card. Unfortunately, i had entered the 3d secure pin continuously wrong for three times. So, acc to icici bank norm's my debit card was blocked of making further online transactions. I have tried contacting icici bank through customer care number's but was not having a reliable response. Please find my debit card number and help me out in unblocking the card. ([protected]).
