Money counting (Sound) was in process, due to power cut, cash was not delivered but amount gets deducted. No ups or generator facility available,
I am a customer of icici bank
I am using axis bank atm located at shailaja apt, shantiniketan colony chowk, prasad mangal karyalaya marg, gangapur road, nasik - maharashtra
On 11/10/2017 around 6:50 pm to 7 pm in the evening i had used axis bank atm in nasik
For money withdrawal but the txn got failed due to power cut while the cash withdrawal (Counting) was under process.
I had to withdraw rs. 10000 but i did not get the money, i didn't get the money but my icici account was debited.
As power failure i did not received any slip to check transaction id and atm id
I already logged the complaint via phone to customer care -

Updated by sforsushil It's been 2 days I reported a complaint via email to "customer.[protected]@icicibank.com"
As per auto generated email they said will attend this in 2 business days.
2 days are about to over now but I didn't received any mail or call for my complaint so as i can make sure that the complaint is under progress or not

I didn't received any message for service request
they ask me to note down service request
what kind of process is this
i logged a complaint via call to phone banking officer on 11 th october and have not yet received any mail or message for service request
how i can authenticate that my complaint is under progress
the only assurance is that i can see service status in my bank app on mobile or on website when i log in to bank account
Our sales team will attend you on priority and will contact you with the complete status on or October 6, 2017.
However no response and these guys stop receiving the call as well..
