There was a deduction of around 2500 inr through five transactions with description escrtnchg + gst. Could you please let me know how there was a deduction from my account without my notice/consent.

Below are the transaction details:

I've received a Gift card and there is no provision to know the balance of the card. I tried to login to the Virtual Gift card portal and after entering all the details including the OTP they don't display the balance and also to top that now they don't allow online purchasing.
