[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ECSRTNCHGS charges deducted by bank twice on same day

On 18th April 2023, ICICI bank has deducted Rs.590.00 & Rs.457.69 mentioning as ECSRTNCHGS CHARGES from my saving bank account . I tried to call customer care of ICICI bank, but have not received any response .

No confirmation / transaction was done by me for above charges .

Bank deducted above charges without informing me

icici bank has neither contacted me yet . i am thinking of closing all transactions with icici bank
