[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Effected my credit score | |
I have asked ICICI bank to cancel my credit card and adjust my outstanding balance with the FD on which behalf i got my credit card. The customer care executive has assured me that it would take around 4-5 days to get my credit card cancelled and they also said that they would adjust the outstanding balance from my FD account. But till date they haven’t adjusted the FD amount with my credit card outstanding & my cibil score decreased. And also my savings account was freezed[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |
