ICICI Bank — EMI deducted for cancelled order

This is regarding one of my flipkart order for which i have cancelled the order due to lockdown. However the emi of the same is deducted from my account for cancelled order. This is happening second time. Earlier also i had an issue and the same is still unresolved. The emi deducted is not returning by bank.

Last time also same thing happened. I ordered through flipkart emi and i wrote a lot of emails that emi deducted before delivery of order and when i cancelled the order the total amount is refunded but deducted emi is not refunded.

The total 3 emi has been deducted from my account. When i checked with flipkart they informed that the matter has to be taken up with concerned bank as they have refunded the same. Copy of emi deducted is attached herewith. The 3 months emi has been deducted. It is requested to refund the same

The order has been made in the month of march 2020 and the same has been cancelled due to lockdown situation. The emi deducted before delivery and bank is deducting emi for continuous 3 months. I have written a lot of mail and the reply by bank is same. The reply from bank is as follows:
Dear customer,

We wish to inform you that due to the precautionary measures undertaken for our officers in the wake of corona virus outbreak, we are currently unable to assist you through e-mail.

Complained through ebanking services too but no reply they are sending the same reply again and again. No call for clarification has also received till date. Such a worst service of icici bank.

This is regarding the ICICI Amazon credit card payment that was due on 15th November 2021, however, I missed to pay on time due to some personal reasons that I was out of town. I paid the full amount on 20th November 2021 and requested ICICI customer care to waive off the late payment charges. Bank charged Rs 600/- late payment for Rs 2900/- .

For five days this a huge amount . It would be grateful if bank waive off the charges for valuable customers who are paying the bill on time .
