ICICI Bank — EPF KYC pending for approval

I have updated my bank details for KYC. Nevertheless, it has not been verified since long and I am unable to claim my PF.

I don't know why ICICI Bank is not processing the kyc verification. I have read many complaints regarding the same in internet. Please take action and help us to complete the verification.

Updated by Pratikshya Das (PD) It's been quite some time since i posted the complaint. However, till date the issue remains unresolved and nobody from ICICI bank has reached out to me. I really fail to understand the customer service that is provided by ICICI bank: All words, no action!!!

It has been quite some time since i posted this complaint. Till now, nobody from ICICI bank has reached out to resolve the issue! i fail to understand the kind of customer service that ICICI bank is providing!
