[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ERA account issue | |||
Dear sir /madam I am Shreyas Patel working with Larsen & Toubro - sales & marketing division, and as a sales guys I have to make a lot of travelling claims, so as per my company's policy I suppose to open ERA account in the bank, and I had a salary account with icici bank so I contacted branch from same city and the guy over there has collected all the documents before two week and told me that after one day your account will be alive, but till date I haven't received my ERA account details . I have submitted the entire necessary document. On daily basis I am calling him and he is keep on promising me that it will take 3-4 hours from last two week. So is this a way number one Bank in India work, or should I suggest my HR department to switch account to another banks. Pl. do needful ASAP.
