ICICI Bank — erroneous transaction from dbs bank

I had made an erroneous transaction from dbs internet banking to an icici bank account. Here are the details of wrong transaction:

Incorrect account no. (To which money is sent) :[protected]
Correct account no. (To which i actually wish to send) :[protected]

Date of erroneous transaction : 03/02/2018

My dbs account details:

Account name : kattadheeraj
Ifsc code : dbss0in0811.
I had consulted either of the banks to resolve this issue, icici bank employee asked me to send an email to [protected]@icicibank.com, i have sent the email.. But i didnot get any reply till now.
I kindly request you to look into my issue and answer me the right way to get my problem solved
