[Resolved] ICICI Bank — erroneous transaction made by my husband suresh prabu | |
Hi, This is to inform that my husband suresh prabu raju passed away on 23-sep-2019. He has an account with icici bommanahalli branch. There was an erroneous transaction that he made to another icici account an amount of 14, 000 (Fourteen thousand only) instead of paying to my account. The last 2 digits of the accounts are interchanged. The wrong account to which the amount was transferred is a dormant account. Since suresh prabu is no more, i want to bank to re-transfer the erroneously transacted amount of 14, 000 back to suresh's account so that i can close the account. Kindly look into it and help.
