Worst customer service so far from any bank. I generated a pin for the card, tried making a transaction, the card did not work. ICICI atm displayed the card is blocked message. Tried unblocking the card through netbanking and imobile, they say the card is not blocked. Tried generating pin again, unsuccessful. Tried to request for a checkbook, says my account is not eligible for a checkbook. Tried calling customer care, unable to reach the agent even after spending Rs 100 for the chargeable (very high rates) customer care number.
