I have my savings cum salary account in ICICI, Infosys Mysore.

My credit card expired in Feb 2022 and I had requested for a renewed credit card to be delivered to my Bangalore address which is already communicated to the bank and updated in my netbanking profile.

But the card was never delivered despite raising multiple requests. They blocked my card in Mar 2022 stating lack of new delivery address for the new card.
I was unable to pay my pending EMIs and the credit card dues. My dues and interest piled up.

Finally they sent a lien notice of 1 week to clear my dues. I paid Rs.4453 including the EMI amount, interests and penalties. My EMI amount is only Rs. 1481.76 /- including the interest and IGST.

It is the bank's fault for not renewing my credit card and not delivering on time. I want the remaining amount reimbursed to my ICICI savings/salary account.

    The amount was deducted in the name of DP charges in my account without intimation of any mode and again debited the amount twice and incorrectly So, whatever the deduction of the amount also targeted by the bank to customers on other recurring mandate dates of deduction amount from that respective account. So that bank will levy the ECS charges again on the customer for the reason of not maintaining a sufficient balance. This is one of the ways a bank is looting the customers.
    This has happened to me and even if I sent the emails and spoke with customer care but there is no proper response.
    This needs to be addressed by the Bank and needs to return my ECS debited charges to my account asap.

      I have been using my Internet bank account for long and now its saying it is disabled, I called customer care but IVR system is responding no customer care representative are attending calls even after one hour waiting of multiple time.

      This is sheer representation of poor services that ICICI Bank does offer. Whenever I call customer care number, it never gets connected. I am in a very urgent need of transferring fund to my mother for her illness as I am far away from my home town at present but such service of ICICI bank has kept me in a very awkward situation. Same situation I have faced earlier also and that time as well no customer care was picking my call then I visited ICICI nearest branch for resolving it.

      How do I get the internet banking user id reactivated? As I have to transfer fund now...

        I have current account in icici bank and my account was freezed by bank on 3rd june. Even they didn't informed or warn before freezing my account. I tried to contact their support and bank as well, but they didn't give any solution. Very bad experience by bank support. I am unable to use my balance in that account.

          I have not subscribed to any google play.
          Also, I cannot manage recurring charges on my phone - icici.
          Please block Google play from My account.

            I had make payment at restaurant and I used imoble pay app from icici which I do regularly. This time billed amount deducted twice with sheer bugs in app where in first attempt I got the acknowledgement as not successful and same with second and still same amount deducted twice.
            When I called bank, they said second transaction is in process and they don't know if I will get return. For such services, ideally ICICI should compensate for hassle to customer but I just expect my money to be returned.

              Unnecessarily Rs. 588/- has been deducted from my account for picture debit card. I had never applied for that card. I have received that card also. But no wants to listen my complaint. Date of deduction is 26 May 2021. Please help if possible

                  Today (18/06/2022) about 590 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TATAMOT~02JUN22~54
                  4c3c7~[protected]without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                            I have suspicious transactions which happened through my paytm app. Money was debited from my ICICI account totaling to an amount of Rs 98, 888. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, along with deprived sleep for over a month made go through 8 transactions totaling to 1lakh. This is a husband and wife that were guiding me through the steps and it seems money is getting debited from their account. All these transactions were going through a swipe machine which I found hard to believe. Nevertheless my condition made me pursue. I finally told them my account is blocked and tried to contact the bank while they were on hold.
                            From 11:04pm I been trying to get through Customer care on their 24/7 chargeable line but kept on getting disconnected because the IVR does not recognize the options that I am selecting. The situation is dire but I cannot get through Customer care until I found a mobile number through the iMobile app. Here I kept being disconnected every 2 mins and 32 seconds because there was no available rep to take my call. I finally got through to someone at 5:18 am. Even after telling them of my situation options they offered were block my account and transfer me to the dispute Team. I did not straight away block my account as I had transactions to make that week and blocking it would be an obstacle.
                            I had them transfer me to the dispute team who told me to fill in a form and attach all relevant documents and they will investigate. This will take anywhere from 40 to 60 working days.
                            I asked them if there was anything else to do and they informed me that is it. Yesterday I was asked by the dispute team if an FIR was raised. I said no and they immediately hung up on me. I called back which was again difficult to get through and asked to be transferred to the dispute team. They then told me to get an FIR.
                            If the FIR was a relevant information why was it not communicated on the first call?
                            The dispute team would be handling these kind of cases on a daily basis but that does not mean everyone is well educated on the process that banks follow. Here, the assumption that people will go automatically to the Police, coupled with the fact that to raise a dispute takes a huge amount of time makes me think the Banks are not serious about the common mans financial security.
                            Please resolve my issue.

                                My account is freezed from a very long time. I personally visit the bank branch with KYC documents. Although there was no positive response.

                                Later wrote email but there too no response (email sub: 000WFaGYFPRF1DC9:Level1Complaint / Savings Account).

                                Requested to resolve the issue asap.

                                  My ICICI bank credit card points are not being credit to my Payback card. There is not way on ICICI bank site to raise a question on this. ALso Customer care number of ICICI bank never connects, IT says "All its executives are busy".

                                  I request ICICI bank credit card representative should call on my number "[protected]" to solve my query.

                                  Also their partner has the same state. Their customer care number never connects. Also they do not have any way to raise a complaints on thier portal.

                                    I have applied for Amazon pay ICICI Credit card on 9th June 2022. 11th June I completed KYC and and 13th June For address verification one person came and he did verification and told me that my application is approved and i will be getting card within one week. Today 16th June i got message from ICICI Bank that my application is rejected. But No reason is given. As per RBI new rule, for any loan rejection including Credit Card Bank should give exact reason to the applicant. When i tried to reach out to Customer care they told me due to bank policy they can't tell me why my application got rejected.

                                    First bank people ask to apply for card and when you apply then they will reject. This will bring down my credit score. Pathetic experience with ICICI team. I will make sure me and my relative never apply anything from ICICI.
