Hello Sir/Ma'am,
I am Dalvendra Singh and my account in ICICI Bank.
On 07/06/2022 @ 14:39hrs, I have received a message that my debit card (ICICI BANK) has been blocked due to security reason. I had visited icici bank branch, Boisar, Maharashtra--401501 and met ICICI bank officer (Mr. Neeraj) and shown him received message (for any fraud) & told my recent transactions (which i did for my daughter SSY account through my Indian post office account for FY 23...and earlier same was done for last FY22 with same account) and i asked him what is security issue with my account and requested to unblock my debit card and all others accounts (online) as well to use further as i am on leave (LTC) and needs money for that and also told him regarding my family medical & daily needs urgency. He discussed my issues with his superiors and told me that my debit card is blocked permanently but he did not know/aware what is actually security issues. So he called to customer care no. ([protected]) from my phone but this no. was not connecting, we tried many times. He again discussed with his superiors and told me that i have only one option to given new card request on chargeable basis only. As i had no option so requested to give me some money from my account to survive till time... and i want to given complaint/ request to ICICI bank branch that time but he told me that there is no option to given complaint in bank and for that i can do only online complaint. and he not given/ issue money to me from my account to survive (with family) and told me that i need to called customer care later for this.
On 08/06/2022, I have called customer care no. and connected two times and explained him regarding my issues and requested to unblocked my card and online account for further used my urgencies and payment for grocery & Milkman, rent and others. Also requested to non chargeable new debit card. He assured me that non chargeable card will be send by Bank and my google pay will be working after one hour and i asked him why icici bank branch officers not resolved my issue yesterday, even they were not aware about this and how we will survive without money and how will take daily needs and medical urgency without money as my all money in my icici bank account and that is blocked now. ? during discussion he told me to visit icici bank branch and phone was disconnected automatically or may be disconnected by them (29min 28sec both time). I have tried again to connect with customer care no. many time but ICICI bank customer care no. not connected and showing me maximum nos. attempted by me. I have written e mail to resolve my issue immediately but still awaiting for action.
After 2 hrs I have tried to pay milkman through google pay but transaction not happened as my all account/transection is blocked by ICICI Bank. This is frustrated me and my family and not feeling good due to this situation. We have money in my account but can not used due to ICICI bank blocked all transection unnecessarily and unable to unblocked now. we have canceled all my planned to visit anywhere (Leave-LTC) due to this issue.
On 09/06/2022, call came from ICICI bank for new debit card and i have given all my details and explained all the issues facing from last two days and requested to unlocked at least my google pay account as they confirmed yesterday to use for survive with my family and also requested to connected my call to customer care and right/authorized person who will help me immediately as i am tried many time and till now no hope showing to resolve this issue by ICICI bank... I was frustrated badly as me and my family is suffering due to this unplanned/ surprisingly blocked all account transection by ICICI bank and nobody is helping me and doing harassments and torture's of customer (myself) by ICICI bank by asking same things many time but not doing anything for resolving this issue and not supporting to me & my family for survive during this situation (need money urgently for paying daily used - food/milk/rent etc.
ICICI bank Customer care persons are saying to visit icici bank branch and ICICI bank officer have no knowledge/system to resolve and provide financially help to customer (myself). Its very difficult to survive in medical and daily needs without money...and they said do call to customer care no.
Why ICICI bank officer not unblocked my account immediately ?? Why bank have no option to take written complaint for emergency situation (I have no money to survive ?? Why bank not issue/given money from my account for survive (with my family), even i have sufficient balance in my account.?
Why bank officers not called to customer care no. through their network or banking system inside the bank... why connecting through my no. only, even the no. was not connecting. ?? they were more interested to issue new card on chargeable basis...not to unblocked my existing card.
Why customer care and bank officer not transferred my case to right/authorized person, even i have requested them many times.??
Please help me and do the needful as soon as possible and take action to ICICI Bank to prevent such situation faced by customer with family in future...As We have no money to survive (in case of emergency and for daily needs) due to such behavior and no support from ICICI bank till now.
