[Resolved] ICICI Bank — error at npci registration and tag can not register for vehicle which are in black list or hotlist

I have new fastag register to a vehicle but my balance 300 is deduct and fastag is note active it show tag id is not present in database error at npci registration. Plz active the vehicle from black list. Plz surrender the fastag of mhh01h0078 then i can register another fastag plz surrender my fastag of icici bank
