[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Escalation - Fraudulent Transaction Reported | |||||
SR[protected] A bank official issued statements of my savings account unauthorised to some individuals. When I reported the same, the bank employee called me and said that he is scared as he might lose his job. Post which I have got no response even after repeated follow ups on my mail from customer care. It has been 3 weeks after the complaint but no resolution. Seems like the branch people are hand in gloves with the persons involved with Fraudulent statement generation. Was this information helpful? | |||||
