[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Excess Emi amount deducted.

Hi my name is Abhishek Mohite. I had taken mobile on emi from icici bank finance and made all emi amout paid. I have made extra emi payment due non deduction of same, instead of clearing all dues. I made complaint in icici bank murbad road Kalyan branch on 27 July 2020 for refund of excess amount. My loan number is lcfmum[protected] in icici bank. Till date no refund is made to me, instead of making commitment I will receive refund in 10 to 15 days. I visited bank on 18 aug 2020, they said still no refund request is prosess for my complaint and they don't have any particular turn around time for same. Please help me for same
